Work with us

A place to make a difference

At the Scottish Land Commission, you’ll be part of a friendly and dedicated team helping to shape a fairer, greener Scotland by working to make sure our land works for everyone.

We bring people together to tackle some of the biggest questions about land in Scotland: how it’s owned, used and managed. Our work combines fresh thinking with practical action, and we value collaboration and integrity in everything we do.

Whether you’re looking for opportunities to join our staff team, work with us on a research contract, or support us as a supplier, you’ll be helping to make change happen.
