Nikki Nagler

Nikki Nagler is Head of Communications and Corporate Services at the Scottish Land Commission. She leads the Commission’s strategic communications, corporate governance and organisational development activity, supporting its work to advance land reform in Scotland. With senior experience across the public and third sectors, Nikki specialises in stakeholder engagement, change leadership and building strong, values-driven organisational cultures.
